A profile ID uniquely identifies each person on our site. Every registered member on our site has a unique profile Id. Profile Id will be used in the main way in which other members identify you on our site. Since we never disclose your name or other details to other members, this is the way other members identify you

How much do I have to pay to register on Marriage-Counsel.Com?

Can I register a matrimonial ad on behalf of a relative or a friend?
Yes. You can register on behalf of your relative or friend

How long will it take to upload my profile, once I make the payment?
We will upload your profile as soon as we receive your payment. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Can I specify more than one e-mail address when I register or at a later time?
No. You can specify only one e-mail address during registration. This e-mail address will be used to convey all messages from our site. You can however, change your e-mail address at any time.

Can I change my Profile ID?
No. You cannot change your profile Id after registration. Profile ID is unique; once it is issued it can not be changed.

Can I change my E-mail ID?
Of course you can. Just mail us from your email address at the time of registration you use. In that email please mentions new email Id, after receiving we will update our records.

I have a normal, non - digital photograph of myself. Can I still add it to my Profile?
Marriage-Counsel.Com provides a FREE scanning and image digitizing service to all its members. If you do not have soft copies of your photo then do send us your photograph at our postal address. We will be more than happy to scan, enhance, optimize and upload and attach it to your profile.

Please put your photograph in a non-crushable envelope with your Marriage-Counsel.Com Application No, Profile ID, Name and E-mail ID written behind the photograph.

How Do I Add photographs to my profile?
You can e-mail us your photo as attachment at info@marriage-counsel.com with your Marriage-Counsel.Com Application No, Profile ID, Name and E-mail ID. We will upload it with and inform you thereafter.

Can I add more than one photo to my profile?
No. You can add only one photo to your profile.

What are good tips on selecting a proper photograph? How can I enhance it?

• Select a photograph that is a good representation of yourself. Pick a photograph that is taken in bright light and not dark or gloomy.
   
• Select a photograph that is a good close up shot of your face/upper body section and is not a taken from a distance as it becomes hard for the viewer to get a good look of you.
   
• Make sure you are decently dressed and the photo does not violate any of our terms and conditions.
   
• After you select your photograph, try using any available image enhancing software like Adobe Photoshop or Corel photopaint. Play with the brightness, contrast etc until you remove any irregularities with your photo.
   
• Make sure you optimize the photo size to make it not too big as big files take a long time to download over the internet.

Can I delete my photo from Marriage-Counsel.Com?
Yes, you can easily delete your photo from our site. Just e-mail us on info@marriage-counsel.com we will remove your photo form you profile.
